Amber works with women who want real results, helping them build strong, capable bodies through intelligent strength training, conditioning, and holistic support that honors the whole person.

Meet Chase
I’m Chase Jaworsky, a Certified Personal Trainer and professional baseball player in the Miami Marlins organization. I’ve spent the last 10+ years training for performance, and now I bring that same standard to the athletes I coach.
I specialize in training athletes who want to build explosive power, elite strength, and long-term durability that translates directly to performance on the field. This isn’t about random workouts or chasing numbers in the gym—it’s about building speed, explosiveness, and strength that actually shows up in the game.
My approach blends strength and conditioning with an understanding of sport-specific demands, focusing on mechanics, functional strength, speed, and resilience. The goal isn’t just to get stronger, but to move better, stay healthier, and perform at a high level season after season.

meet amber
I’m Amber Jaworsky—a former Division I athlete, strength coach, yoga instructor, and Spiritual Director with over 30 years in the fitness and wellness world. I’ve been competing in sports since the third grade, and for more than 25 years I’ve trained, coached, and led others with the same intensity, care, and purpose I bring to my own body and soul.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Health Education and am a Certified Personal Trainer, with extensive experience teaching power vinyasa, sculpt training, HIIT, restorative yoga, and functional strength. From in-person Garage Gym sessions and high-energy workouts to Christ-centered and power yoga, my work blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness to help women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.
My approach has been shaped not only by education and certification, but by lived experience. After years of overtraining injuries, stress fractures, and a five-year season of amenorrhea, I allowed my body to become my greatest teacher. That season reshaped my philosophy: training must be intelligent, sustainable, and deeply respectful of the body’s wisdom.
Alongside physical training, I also offer soul care and spiritual direction. For nearly fifteen years, I’ve led retreats, taught in churches and women’s ministries, and walked with women through inner healing, listening prayer, guided meditation, and spiritual formation. I believe our bodies are guardians of our hearts, minds, and souls—and that we can’t access deeper healing without tending to our physical lives as well.
This isn’t random movement or surface-level wellness. It’s intentional training and formation for women who want to move better, live grounded, and show up fully—body, mind, and spirit.
