BUILT Within is where physical training meets spiritual formation and soul care. These programs create intentional space to slow down, reflect, and be strengthened from the inside out. Through movement, prayer, guided practices, and mindful reflection, BUILT Within supports anyone seeking deeper connection—with God, with their body, and with their inner life. This is a different kind of strength: one measured not by reps or results, but by presence, wholeness, and peace.

BUILT For You delivers fully personalized training plans designed around your goals, season, and real‑life demands. These custom programs offer flexible options—monthly subscriptions or 3‑, 6‑, and 9‑month commitments—with the ability to integrate coaching, accountability, and spiritual support. Whether you’re rebuilding, training for something specific, or seeking long‑term guidance, BUILT For You meets you exactly where you are and builds forward with clarity, intention, and purpose.

BUILT WITHIN: Lent Edition (6‑Week Intensive) is a strength + soul care journey designed to support your body and spirit throughout the Lenten season. This program blends functional strength training, gentle conditioning, and weekly soul‑nourishing practices to help you move, reflect, and grow with intention.
Program Includes
6 weeks of professionally programmed workouts, delivered through a guided training app with video demonstrations, coaching cues, and trackable progress.
Each week includes:
2 Total Body Strength Workouts
Functional, muscular strength designed to build stability and confidence1 Steady‑State Cardio Session
Walking, cycling, or another gentle endurance option1 Strength + Cardio Mash‑Up
15 minutes of cardio + 15 minutes of total‑body circuit trainingWeekly Live Soul Care Practice (via Zoom)
With replays available for flexible access
Optional Add‑Ons
Weekly Yoga Class
Private 1:1 Coaching or Spiritual Direction Session
This is a holistic, embodied way to walk through Lent—strengthening your body while tending to your inner life with intention, compassion, and presence.
Future Pro is our app‑based speed and athleticism program built to help young athletes move better, stay healthy, and build a strong athletic foundation. Over 4 weeks, athletes develop essential skills in speed, agility, coordination, strength, and arm care through simple, progressive sessions that fit easily around practices and games.
What Your Athlete Will Work On
Speed Mechanics: acceleration, posture, and first‑step quickness
Agility & Change of Direction: deceleration, cutting, reacting with control
Coordination: footwork, balance, rhythm, and full‑body athletic movement
Strength Fundamentals: mobility, stability, and functional strength
Arm Care: shoulder/scapular strength, rotator cuff, forearm/grip, and mobility (ideal for throwing sports)
What Your Athlete Will Receive
3 workouts per week (30–45 minutes) that can be done at home with minimal equipment
Built‑in warm‑ups, drill progressions, and finishers
Arm care routines to use before or after practice
Easy in‑app tracking so athletes and parents can see progress
After the 4‑week Foundations block, athletes can continue in the Future Pro Monthly Membership, which includes new training blocks, fresh workouts, and ongoing progression as they grow and develop.
