This program helps athletes develop the foundations of speed, coordination, strength, and arm care—without overtraining or putting unnecessary stress on growing bodies.

Instead of rushing strength or copying adult workouts, Future Pro focuses on how kids actually move—teaching proper mechanics, body awareness, and athletic habits that support long‑term performance and injury prevention.

What Happens After 4 Weeks?

After completing the Foundations block, athletes can continue in the Future Pro Monthly Membership, which includes:

  • Ongoing progression as athletes grow and develop

  • Continued focus on movement quality, speed, and durability

There’s no pressure—families can continue only if it’s a good fit for their athlete and their schedule.
