Over 4 weeks, athletes develop essential skills in speed, agility, coordination, strength, and arm care through simple, progressive sessions that fit easily around practices and games.

What Your Athlete Will Work On

  • Speed Mechanics: acceleration, posture, and first‑step quickness

  • Agility & Change of Direction: deceleration, cutting, reacting with control

  • Coordination: footwork, balance, rhythm, and full‑body athletic movement

  • Strength Fundamentals: mobility, stability, and functional strength

  • Arm Care: shoulder/scapular strength, rotator cuff, forearm/grip, and mobility (ideal for throwing sports)

What Your Athlete Will Receive

  • 3 workouts per week (30–45 minutes) that can be done at home with minimal equipment

  • Built‑in warm‑ups, drill progressions, and finishers

  • Arm care routines to use before or after practice

  • Easy in‑app tracking so athletes and parents can see progress

After the 4‑week Foundations block, athletes can continue in the Future Pro Monthly Membership, which includes new training blocks, fresh workouts, and ongoing progression as they grow and develop.
